This project is 4-story Type III-B & V-A wood frame construction above 1-story + basement cast-in-place concrete parking structure and consists of 352 apartment units ranging in size from 630 to 1,170 SF. Completed in 2015, the 3.54 acre site is 99 DU/AC and includes 487 parking spaces. The project was completed in 2015.
