This project is 4-story wood frame construction above a 1-story + basement cast-in-place concrete parking structure. The project includes a total of 319 apartment units ranging in size from 621 to 1,376 SF. Phase 1 = 1.6 acres, Phase II = 1.13 acres and the DU/AC = 112.5. Phase 1 was completed in Fall 2014 and Phase 2 was completed in Summer 2016.
