This project is 5-story wood frame above 2-story cast-in-place concrete parking structure and consists of 378 apartment units ranging in size from 630 to 1,547 SF. Completed in 2017, the 3.7 acre site is 102 DU/AC and includes 530 parking spaces. Completed May 2017.
