Constructed of wood frame, EDI was awarded this project by winning a competition sponsored by the Capitol Area Development Agency. Completed in 2001, the Urban Infill project consists of 69 rental apartment units ranging in size from 431 to 1,128 SF and is 58 DU/AC.
